World Airline Hub in Colorado?

It is officially finals week at school. Starting tonight, I am going to reflect on this year in a five part series that encompasses all that matters to me throughout this year.

Starting tonight, I will reflect on the end of studio classes to complete my major and graduate from school, which is now only 370 days away.

Speaking of graduation, I am officially going to two graduation ceremonies. The first one is the Journalism graduation ceremony at Macky Auditorium on Thursday (I told you that you would see me again Annie) and the second one is the Environmental Design graduation on Friday.

In 370 days, I will also be moving to the gateway of the world, New York City. Although I will go deep into debt trying to establish myself there, I think it would be a good experience. I mean, I do pray in that direction five times a day as an author.

Speaking of gateways of the world, I will one day return to Colorado in a blaze of glory to establish my own gateway of the world at C-City. How will I do that?

Here is the destination map for JFK Airport. This is what I will replicate at RHC.

Denver Airport does not have many international destinations. There is a ton of opportunity for an international gateway at RHC. It would face more competition from Dallas and Houston than Denver in terms of international traffic.

Here is my wishlist for airlines that would serve RHC:

Hite Airlines would serve over 100 international destinations and will be divided up as follows.

Mexico: 5 destinations

Caribbean: 5 destinations

Canada: 10 destinations

Central America: 5 destinations

Australia and New Zealand: 10 destinations

South America: 10 destinations

Africa: 5 destinations

Europe: 25 destinations

Asia: 15 destinations

Middle East: 10 destinations

ALL OVER THE WORLD ON ONE AIRLINE: How about international airlines?

Wish list of airlines: Aeroflot, Aerolineas Argentinas, Aeromexico, Air Europa, Air France, Alitalia, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Kenya Airlines, KLM, Korean Air, Saudia, Virgin Atlantic, Aegean Airlines, Air Canada, Air China, Air New Zealand, All Nippon Airways, Asiana Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Avianca, Brussels Airlines, Copa Airlines, EgyptAir, EVA Air, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Scandanavian Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Swiss International Airlines, TAP Portugal, Thai Airways International, Turkish Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, S7 Airlines, TAM Airlines, Emirates, Etihad Airlines, Iceland Air.

Of course, I want all the domestic airlines as well. I don’t know why people would want to come here, but I do want the Olympics to be hosted there. We will see what happens, but a world airline hub in the middle of the country would be great for marketing.

Beat that DEN, and DFW…. and LAS….. and IAH…… and SLC…… and ORD? Dang, that’s a lot to strive for.
