Cassandra

My process to the completion of the Grand Epoch of Through Minds’ Eyes, the completion of the locations of the temples, for now, and through the continued process of completing my website has brought me to thinking a lot about the people who brought me into this place. As I am writing this, I am struggling very much with a crush that I have had for almost one year now. It has widely been considered the transition between the 16th and 17th members, and as of a few months ago, the last one.

In a recent album that I have been listening to, there is an anthology called “Cassandra”. To me, this song represents the culmination of a journey that has had a lot to do with the people that influenced my life to this day. As of right now, I am in the transition between the end of one journey, with the beginning of perhaps something else. Nothing in my life has been the same in that one year, with the only constant being that crush that has maintained itself through the darkest of times for me and has remained strong as I go into the lightest of lights. To me, that is the essence of the anthology, and perhaps it is the essence of my anthology as well. Maybe it is something that everyone can apply.

Nothing in our life remains the same. The only constant that we will all see in our life is that there is constant change. But, with this constant change, there are some things that remain the same. The reasons as to why certain things remain the same are actually unclear, but they are important for us to not lose sight of those things because that is a part of our core.

I learned something very important about the core of who we are. There are some things in my life that I will not get rid of completely. Those things are subject to change, but they will never be added to or taken away from. At some point in time, some things just do not work out and that means that we have to change, but we do not need to eliminate the things from our life. Then there are the things that we can embrace. The things that we embrace are new and untested and they may lead us to a better life. I have been defined by these changes as well. This is what I will continue to be defined by in the future. At some point, the key to the future will lie in our past and it is that realization that will signal the end of the journey in the first part.

We all grow up and we all change. We all go through the things that I go through. What most people fail to understand is that it is all connected. That in the process of life, we awaken to our own ideas through our natural life even if we try to change everything about ourselves. Life still happens and life progresses. That is the essence of life and love and all of the emotions that we go through.
