Political Correctness is Going Too Far

There are some points in time where political correctness may be going too far. I have seen this on more than a couple of occasions while I was in school. The point is that we should not be thinking in a world that is politically correct. At some point in time, you are bound to offend someone no matter how hard you try not to. To that end, I do not try to censor myself. I do not do it because I hate other people, but it is too hard and requires way too much thought to be thinking about what to say. It is not about what I say, but what I mean.

For those who know me, I have a strange sense of humor, but I do not hate people. I sincerely love all people who have the best intentions in life. However, there are some things that I say, even jokingly or with the best intentions, that will offend other people. Those people need to just get over it. Grow up. Not everyone is going to cater to your needs. You need to be able to live with it. It is not mean, but it is what happens in the world and it will continue to happen.
