The Resurrection and the Life

One of the most important events to take place in the story of the Christs is the spiritual and physical resurrection. Some of the Christs rose in the physical and some rose in the spiritual, but the meaning is the same across the board. When we go through our purification, we should see it as a second birth and a new commitment to change our life to that of the truth. All of us should go through a spiritual resurrection. That is the only way for us to shift our mindset and to change our life. It is very important for all of us to start out with a sense of fullness.

Prophets throughout history have been in a position to tell people that they need to start with a new spiritual sense. We should approach the path to the light with the mindset of a child. That means that we should have a clear delineation between the old life and the new life. If we are to have a new life, we need to have a new birth. That is what the resurrection represents. It is our need to come into a new life and our new commitment that comes as a result of that. There are a lot of people in the world that do not see the need, but the need is real.

The Christs showed us a path to get to the light. They have shown us through words. They have shown us through their example. They set up a system by which these words and deeds are passed on throughout history by the prophets and the seats that they hold. It is a part of their promise that they will be with us to the end of the age. We may not have the Christs on the earth that we know of yet, but they left their legacy with us.
